In consideration of Unified Payment Services Ltd (Unified Payments) providing me/us PayAttitude Digital Agency & Super Agency Services, I/We:

• Agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as wells as rules and regulations stipulated by Unified Payments for existing agents or as may hereafter be issued by Unified Payments.
• Agree to render services to customers as required or as directed by Unified Payments and to be responsible for every transaction done.
• Authorize my/our bank to honour all debit instructions that may be sent to my/our account as a result of using the PayAttitude payment solution for services rendered to customers.
• Undertake to pay Unified Payments the service charge/fee for using PayAttitude digital app.
